  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 whole banana

  • juice of 1 lemon

TRAIL MIX

 

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 cup dried banana chips

  • ¾ cup dried cranberries

  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips
