The Placer County Youth Commission is a group of motivated youth from all over Placer County who serve to identify and advocate for issues important to and affecting Placer County youth.

Meetings:
The community is encouraged to share both concerns/and or opportunities that affect young people in Placer County with the Youth Commission. The Placer County Youth Commission holds two meetings a month (August-June). All Meetings of the Commission are open to the public and subject to the California Open Meeting laws, known as the "Brown Act", Government Code 54950 et seq.
Do you have an issue you'd like the Youth Commission to learn more about or take some action regarding? Ask to be put on a meeting agenda by submitting this form, or feel free to email at placercoyouthcommission@gmail.com or call (530) 889-7161. Individuals can appear unscheduled during public comment yet presentations will be limited to 3 minutes in length and no action is allowed on items.
